Thank you for shopping for bags with Jian xiong LI. Our team carefully packages every bag to ensure your goods arrive correctly and stay in pristine condition, and we work hard to fulfil each order within a practical delivery timeline.
Order Processing Time. After we receive your order confirmation, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing schedules may be extended when we receive large volumes of orders. Customers will get timely alerts if any notable delays take place.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping charges for your purchase will be calculated and shown during checkout. Standard Shipping comes with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days. These delivery windows are estimations only and may change because of courier hold-ups, customs inspections, poor weather, logistical limitations or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email shipment notice containing tracking details. Tracking information generally becomes accessible within 24-48 hours after shipment. You can keep track of your bag parcel’s transit status via the tracking link provided.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer. Please check thoroughly that your delivery address is complete and accurate before finishing checkout. Jian xiong LI assumes no responsibility for parcels delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses submitted by shoppers. If a package is returned due to address mistakes, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel goes missing while in transit, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can start an investigation. If your bags arrive damaged upon receipt, contact our support team within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of damaged items and packaging materials. We will assess your claim and resolve the problem promptly.
Bag Care and Usage Notice. All bags should be maintained following the care guidance included with every product. Jian xiong LI will not be liable for surface scratches, stains or structural harm caused by insufficient care, rough handling, custom changes or improper use of the bags.
International Shipping and Customs Notice. Cross-border shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes and other related fees determined by the destination country. All these charges must be covered by the customer and are not included in product prices or delivery fees.
